Shipping & Returns

Manufacturing Timeframe

Gobotech will endeavour to work with you to get your orders made and shipped as quickly as possible to ensure they arrive in time for your event, however while delivery dates are given in good faith Gobotech cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays. It is up to you to order your goods in time for your event and ensure that the order you have received is correct.

Gobotech does not offer refunds on custom made orders that are not faulty or orders that have been incorrectly ordered by the customer or have been shipped incorrectly due to an incorrect shipping address being approved by the customer. Please check your invoice or order confirmation for accuracy before you approve for us to proceed with your order.

Return of Goods / Cancellation of Orders
Gobotech do not accept the return of goods without a return authorisation form issued by Gobotech. Contact us if you need to return any goods.

Approved orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun as each order is customised to meet customer requirements. In the event that Gobotech stiill accepts the cancellation of any order placed, Gobotech will be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for any work done on behalf of the customer to the date of cancellation. Where work has commenced whether it is design or fabrication, cancellation chargers would include all labour performed, materials and administration pertaining to the cancellation.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the supplied goods are faulty. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Please note that the final use of our goods is outside of our control and it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to determmine that the ordered goods are suitable for the indended use. Products used outside of accepted temperature range will fail and this missuse is not covered by any warranty. Usage that falls outside of the specifications of the manufactured goods is not covered by warranty.

Faulty / Incorrect Order
We make every attempt to ensure that you receive the correct items for you requirement and that they arrive in good condition. Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us immediately if you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product. Please contact Gobotech as soon as possible and within 24 hours after receiving the goods to allow us to rectify a problem if possible in time for your event. We are not able to guarantee that we can meet tight deadlines if there is a problem so it is up to the customer to check the goods in plenty of time for goods to be replaced should the need arise.

Shipping of Goods
Freight times are never guaranteed, delays will occasionally occur which are out of our control. Orders can be shipped via customers choice of courier services or you may arrange to pick up from our facility. Once the goods leave us it is up to the customer to track the item promptly and follow up immediately with the carrier if there is an issue. Should insurance be required on any shipment this has to be arranged prior to shipping.

Damage in Shipping
Goods are not insured against damage or loss in transit unless prior arrangements have been made and paid for. Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us if the item has been damaged. We can apply for some compensation from certain carriers should there be damage in shipping. Please report such damage to Gobotech within 24 hours. We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box and packaging the damaged item was shipped in. If not informed within 24 hours of signing the delivery docket there will be NO claim for damages. Failure to comply will cause the carrier to refute the claim and the entire cost must be borne by the customer. .
